Đảng bộ Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính chính thức được thành lập, đánh dấu bước phát triển mới trong công tác xây dựng tổ chức Đảng, tạo nền tảng quan trọng để tăng cường vai trò lãnh đạo của Đảng đối với sự nghiệp chăm sóc, nuôi dưỡng và giáo dục trẻ trên địa bàn phường Thanh Xuân.
Thực hiện chủ trương sắp xếp, tổ chức lại tổ chức cơ sở đảng trong các trường học công lập trực thuộc Đảng ủy phường Thanh Xuân, Đảng ủy phường Thanh Xuân đã ban hành Quyết định số 559-QĐ/ĐU, ngày 17/8/2026 về việc thành lập Đảng bộ Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính.
Theo Quyết định, Đảng bộ Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính trực thuộc Đảng ủy phường Thanh Xuân, gồm 03 chi bộ với 80 đảng viên, được thành lập trên cơ sở sáp nhập Chi bộ Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính, Chi bộ Trường Mầm non Hoa Hồng và Chi bộ Trường Mầm non Tuổi Thần Tiên. Đảng bộ Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính là Đảng bộ trực thuộc cơ sở và được sử dụng con dấu riêng theo quy định.
Việc thành lập Đảng bộ Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính được thực hiện trên cơ sở Điều lệ Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam; Quy định số 208-QĐ/TW ngày 26/7/2026 của Ban Chấp hành Trung ương khóa XIV về thi hành Điều lệ Đảng; Quy chế làm việc của Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ, Ban Thường vụ, Thường trực Đảng ủy phường Thanh Xuân khóa I, nhiệm kỳ 2025–2030; Nghị quyết số 27-NQ/ĐU ngày 15/8/2026 của Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ phường Thanh Xuân về sắp xếp, tổ chức lại tổ chức cơ sở đảng trong các trường học công lập trực thuộc Đảng ủy phường Thanh Xuân; cùng các căn cứ liên quan.
Đây là kết quả của quá trình thực hiện chủ trương sắp xếp tổ chức Đảng gắn với việc tổ chức lại các đơn vị trường học công lập trên địa bàn. Trước đó, Đảng ủy phường Thanh Xuân đã ban hành Quyết định số 554-QĐ/ĐU về việc kết thúc hoạt động của 17 chi bộ trường học công lập trực thuộc Đảng ủy phường Thanh Xuân kể từ ngày 17/8/2026, đồng thời thực hiện việc chuyển giao, tiếp nhận đảng viên, hồ sơ, tài liệu và các nội dung liên quan theo quy định.
Để Đảng bộ Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính sớm ổn định tổ chức và triển khai thực hiện nhiệm vụ, Ban Thường vụ Đảng ủy phường Thanh Xuân đã ban hành quyết định chỉ định Ban Chấp hành Đảng bộ Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính nhiệm kỳ 2026-2030 gồm 05 đồng chí:
1. Đồng chí Đặng Phương Hoa, Hiệu trưởng Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính
2. Đồng chí Hà Ngọc Liên, Phó Hiệu trưởng Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính
3. Đồng chí Thân Thị Thu Hoài, Phó Hiệu trưởng Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính
4. Đồng chí Nguyễn Thị Tuyết Nhung, Phó Hiệu trưởng Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính
5. Đồng chí Lai Dương Thùy, Giáo viên Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính
Đồng thời:
1. Chỉ định đồng chí Đặng Phương Hoa giữ chức vụ Bí thư Đảng ủy Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính
2. Chỉ định đồng chí Hà Ngọc Liên giữ chức vụ Phó Bí thư Đảng ủy Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính
Trong thời gian tới, Đảng ủy Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính xác định tiếp tục phát huy truyền thống đoàn kết, trách nhiệm; chú trọng công tác giáo dục chính trị tư tưởng, công tác xây dựng Đảng và phát triển đội ngũ; thực hiện nghiêm nguyên tắc tổ chức và sinh hoạt Đảng; gắn công tác xây dựng Đảng với việc nâng cao chất lượng chăm sóc, nuôi dưỡng và giáo dục trẻ.
Đảng ủy sẽ lãnh đạo nhà trường tiếp tục đổi mới phương pháp quản trị trường học, nâng cao chất lượng chuyên môn, đẩy mạnh chuyển đổi số, xây dựng môi trường giáo dục an toàn, thân thiện, hạnh phúc; đồng thời phát huy vai trò tiên phong, gương mẫu của cán bộ, đảng viên trong thực hiện nhiệm vụ.
Việc thành lập Đảng bộ và kiện toàn Ban Chấp hành, Bí thư, Phó Bí thư Đảng ủy Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính là dấu mốc có ý nghĩa quan trọng, mở ra một chặng đường mới trong công tác xây dựng Đảng và phát triển nhà trường. Với tinh thần đoàn kết, dân chủ, trách nhiệm và quyết tâm cao.
Đảng bộ Trường Mầm non Nhân Chính phấn đấu xây dựng tổ chức Đảng trong sạch, vững mạnh, lãnh đạo nhà trường hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ được giao, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục mầm non trên địa bàn phường Thanh Xuân.

ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PARTY COMMITTEE OF NHAN CHINH KINDERGARTEN – A NEW MILESTONE IN PARTY BUILDING
The Party Committee of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten has been officially established, marking a new milestone in Party organization building and creating an important foundation for strengthening the Party’s leadership over the care, nurturing, and education of children in Thanh Xuan Ward.
In implementation of the policy to reorganize and restructure grassroots Party organizations in public schools under the Party Committee of Thanh Xuan Ward, the Party Committee of Thanh Xuan Ward issued Decision No. 559-QD/DU dated August 17, 2026, on the establishment of the Party Committee of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten.
Under the Decision, the Party Committee of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten is directly affiliated with the Party Committee of Thanh Xuan Ward and consists of three Party cells with a total of 80 Party members. It was established through the merger of the Party Cell of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten, the Party Cell of Hoa Hong Kindergarten, and the Party Cell of Tuoi Than Tien Kindergarten. The Party Committee of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten is a grassroots-affiliated Party Committee and is authorized to use its own seal in accordance with regulations.
The establishment of the Party Committee of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten is based on the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam; Regulation No. 208-QD/TW dated July 26, 2026, issued by the 14th Central Committee on the implementation of the Party Charter; the Working Regulations of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Standing Board of the Party Committee of Thanh Xuan Ward, 1st tenure, 2025–2030; Resolution No. 27-NQ/DU dated August 15, 2026, of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Thanh Xuan Ward on the reorganization and restructuring of grassroots Party organizations in public schools under the Party Committee of Thanh Xuan Ward; and other relevant legal and organizational grounds.
This is the result of the implementation of the policy of reorganizing Party organizations in conjunction with the restructuring of public schools in the area. Previously, the Party Committee of Thanh Xuan Ward issued Decision No. 554-QD/DU on the termination of the activities of 17 Party cells in public schools directly under the Party Committee of Thanh Xuan Ward, effective from August 17, 2026. At the same time, the transfer and reception of Party members, records, documents, and other relevant matters were carried out in accordance with regulations.
To enable the Party Committee of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten to promptly stabilize its organization and carry out its tasks, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Thanh Xuan Ward issued a decision appointing the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten for the 2026–2030 term, consisting of five members:
- Comrade Dang Phuong Hoa, Principal of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten.
- Comrade Ha Ngoc Lien, Vice Principal of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten.
- Comrade Than Thi Thu Hoai, Vice Principal of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten.
- Comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nhung, Vice Principal of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten.
- Comrade Lai Duong Thuy, Teacher at Nhan Chinh Kindergarten.
At the same time:
- Comrade Dang Phuong Hoa was appointed Secretary of the Party Committee of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten.
- Comrade Ha Ngoc Lien was appointed Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten.
In the coming period, the Party Committee of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten will continue to uphold the traditions of solidarity and responsibility; focus on political and ideological education, Party building, and staff development; strictly implement the principles of Party organization and activities; and closely link Party building with improving the quality of childcare, nurturing, and education.
The Party Committee will lead the school in continuing to innovate school governance methods, improve professional quality, accelerate digital transformation, and build a safe, friendly, and happy educational environment. At the same time, it will promote the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members in carrying out their assigned responsibilities.
The establishment of the Party Committee, together with the consolidation of its Executive Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary, marks an important milestone, opening a new chapter in Party building and the development of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten. With a spirit of solidarity, democracy, responsibility, and strong determination, the Party Committee of Nhan Chinh Kindergarten strives to build a clean and strong Party organization, lead the school to successfully fulfill its assigned tasks, and contribute to improving the quality of preschool education in Thanh Xuan Ward.
